Lacey is a wife, mother of three, and the proud owner of Ashley Renee Bridal.

Her love for beauty and business began early. After graduating from Southeastern Louisiana University with a degree in Business in 2012, she completed her Aveda training in 2014 with the dream of opening her own salon. That dream became reality in 2015 when she launched Hello Gorgeous Hair Studio, which she has been honored to own and grow for the past decade.

Bridal has always held a special place in Lacey’s heart. She first discovered it while working at Ashley Renee Bridal during high school, where she fell in love with helping women feel radiant and celebrated. She never imagined she would return to the bridal world, but when the opportunity arose it felt like coming home.

Lacey feels incredibly privileged to carry forward the legacy of Ashley Renee Bridal built by the two sisters who started it, Sandra and Wanda. She approaches every customer with warmth, care, and an outstanding commitment to making each moment memorable.

For Lacey, the magic of Ashley Renee Bridal is in the details - the passionate staff and the ironclad legacy left by two strong women who fought to make every woman feel beautiful. She is forever grateful for every bride and customer who walks through the doors of Ashley Renee Bridal and looks forward to being a part of these once-in-a-lifetime moments.

Ginger has been part of the Ashley Renee Bridal family since she was 15 years old, and 27 years later, she still loves meeting new brides and hearing their stories. She serves as Chief Operating Officer, combining decades of experience with a deep passion for the bridal industry, guided by her strong faith.

A bridal stylist for over 27 years, Ginger graduated from LSU with a degree in Communication Studies, which allows her to listen and connect with each bride. Every customer who walks into ARB is loved and cherished like family. She has traveled across the country, training with leading bridal experts to stay current on all bridal trends, bridal fit techniques, and designer innovations.

Ginger’s styling vibe is glam, couture, and custom. She loves elevated fashion, dramatic details, and creating looks that feel one-of-a-kind. Whether mixing textures, customizing elements of a gown, or bringing a bride’s vision to life, her goal is always to help each bride feel confident and radiant.

Known for being a calming, steady presence in the fitting room, Ginger helps brides relax, trust the process, and enjoy the moment. She is also a gown services wizard, able to remove stains, spots, or fabric pulls with ease.

Outside the salon, Ginger enjoys time with her husband and three children. Her current obsession is The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives.

Above all, she wants every bride to know she is loved and welcomed in the Ashley Renee Bridal family, and that her heart is always to serve God and others with joy and peace.

Marsha has been part of the Ashley Renee Bridal family for nine months, bringing dedication, organization, and a warm presence to the team as Chief Financial Officer.

Originally from Colorado, Marsha joined the US Navy, which eventually brought her to Louisiana 31 years ago. Family is at the heart of everything Marsha does. She is a proud mother of two and a grandmother to one granddaughter. She loves spending time with her loved ones and cherishes every moment she gets with her granddaughter and family. After a 29-year career as a legal assistant, she was invited by Ms. Sandra, one of ARB’s founding owners and Marsha's mother-in-law, to start a new chapter with Ashley Renee Bridal, and she happily accepted.

Outside of work, Marsha used to run half marathons, though these days she is more likely running after her granddaughter. She is also obsessed with all things Real Housewives and secretly hopes a producer might someday discover her in Lacombe, Louisiana, though she is mostly joking.

Marsha’s dedication behind the scenes keeps ARB running smoothly, ensuring that every appointment and operation feels seamless. Her energy, experience, and love for her family make her an invaluable part of the ARB team.

Ally has been part of the Ashley Renee Bridal family for almost three years and serves as Chief Experience Officer and Store Manager. She brings with her expertise, a keen eye, and unwavering support to every bride she meets.

Originally from Kentucky, Ally has been in Louisiana for six years and has over 11 years of retail experience. She joined Ashley Renee Bridal knowing it was her calling, excited to be a friend, advocate, and hype woman for all brides. From her deep knowledge of inventory to her dedication and relentless support through the entire bridal journey, Ally ensures each client and bride feels supported and celebrated.

She feels most connected to the ARB experience by building meaningful relationships with her brides.

Ally treasures the moments of laughter, tears, encouragement, and empowerment that come with helping a bride navigate one of the most important days of her life. She provides both joy and stability, guiding every bride through stressful moments and staying connected even after the “I do.”

Ally’s favorite bridal trend is lace, especially long sleeves, and she believes a dress should always make a woman feel confident. Her stylist superpower is offering uplifting colloquialisms like “You’re the boss, Applesauce” and bringing just good energy to every appointment.

Outside of the boutique, Ally is a history buff, a devoted fan of Anne Rice, 70s dad rock, and loves a perfect medium-rare steak. She can quote Finding Nemo word-for-word and has a soft spot for moments of emotion, always ready to share a laugh or a tear with her brides.

Johanna has been part of the Ashley Renee Bridal family for two years and serves as a Lead Bridal Stylist. She brings warmth, creativity, and a joyful energy to every appointment at ARB.

Johanna has always been passionate about fashion since she was a little girl, creating outfits and modeling them for her parents. That love for style has grown into a career she truly adores, helping brides to find the gown that truly makes them shine. With a heart for women and a deep love for Jesus, Johanna treasures guiding each bride through one of their most meaningful seasons and always ensures every client feels seen and cherished.

She connects with brides through her authenticity and genuine excitement for the bridal journey. One of her favorite moments is hearing a bride’s vision for the first time and helping to bring it to life. Johanna loves a basque waist silhouette, a modern take on a classic fit that creates a flattering, defined waistline.

Outside the salon, Johanna has lived a life full of adventure, including serving as a missionary in Africa. She loves CrossFit and is currently coffee-obsessed (her go-to order: an iced honey lavender cortado). Above all, she wants every bride to feel celebrated and leave each appointment full of laughter and newfound confidence, along with a new best friend.

Savannah has been part of the Ashley Renee Bridal family for one year and serves as a Lead Bridal Stylist. She brings heart, energy, and a fun, uplifting approach to every appointment.

Savannah loves helping women find the perfect gown, whether it’s for their wedding day or any other special occasion. She considers it an honor to help brides find the most important dress they’ll ever wear and makes it her goal to ensure every client feels comfortable and completely herself. Savannah thrives on creating laughter and joy throughout the styling process and often leaves her clients with a new best friend by the end of their time together.

She prides herself on knowing the ARB inventory inside and out and on listening closely to each bride’s likes and dislikes. Her favorite bridal trends right now include basque waist gowns with a clean, elegant look, and her personal favorites are the Melissa and Amadora gowns by Maggie Sottero. Known as the ultimate hype queen, Savannah pours her heart into ensuring each bride feels like the most beautiful version of herself and that every appointment is one-of-a-kind.

Outside the boutique, Savannah trains in MMA at her brother’s gym, where she earned her blue belt in Jiu Jitsu this year. She is also obsessed with rewatching Grey’s Anatomy and cherishes time spent with her family. Above all, Savannah wants every bride to know she will keep the experience fun, stress-free, and full of laughter while making new besties along the way.

Jodie has been a member of the Ashley Renee Bridal family since 2014, bringing with her experience, an incredible sense of humor, and a love for helping brides find the most perfect gown.

She started her ARB journey as a bridal model in 2012 and began selling homecoming gowns in 2014. Bridal was intimidating at first to Jodie, but over the years, it has become her favorite part of the job. She loves watching trends evolve, and she enjoys being part of the process as brides discover the dress that feels like it was made for them.

Jodie makes it her goal to take the stress out of shopping and make the experience fun and easy. She enjoys getting to know each bride’s story and helping them feel confident and celebrated. Right now, she is loving corset gowns for their flattering fit and timeless style. Known for being able to zip any dress on any size, Jodie brings skill, encouragement, and reassurance to every appointment.

Outside the salon, Jodie is a lawyer and the proud mom of her four-year-old son, Isaac. She loves the process of narrowing down dresses until the perfect one is found, and her passion and energy make every appointment a memorable experience.

Peyton has been part of the Ashley Renee Bridal family for six years, bringing energy, encouragement, and a genuine love for helping brides find their perfect gown. She is a Bridal Stylist who creates a fun, memorable, and uplifting experience for every bride.

She began her ARB journey in 2019 as a prom consultant and quickly grew into styling mothers, bridesmaids, and now brides. Peyton graduated from Southeastern in 2025 with a degree in middle school education and teaches 6th grade science during the week. On Saturdays, she loves helping brides look and feel their best. Her approach is classy and timeless with a touch of trend, always tailored to each bride’s unique vision.

Peyton feels most connected to ARB through the heart of the salon. She loves learning each bride’s story and style and helping her feel truly seen and celebrated. Watching a bride light up when she finds the gown that matches her perfectly reminds Peyton why she loves what she does. ARB feels like family, and sharing that welcoming environment with every bride makes the experience meaningful.

Her favorite trend right now is a basque waist, especially on A-line or ball gowns. Known as the ultimate hype queen, Peyton brings energy, encouragement, and excitement to every appointment to make each bride feel confident.

Outside the salon, Peyton is preparing for her own wedding this June and is devoted to her cat, Milo, her “perfect little angel.” Above all, she wants every bride to know she cannot wait to help them say YES to the dress of their dreams.

With over five years as a stylist and nearly a decade as an ARB model, Peggy has long been a valued part of the Ashley Renee Bridal family. She serves as the VIP Mother of the Bride Stylist, bringing experience, warmth, and a thoughtful eye to every appointment.

A retired English teacher, Peggy’s passion for helping others has found a new stage. Instead of Shakespeare, her expertise now lies in helping mothers feel confident, elegant, and truly seen on such an important day.

She finds the greatest joy in the moment a client looks in the mirror and realizes just how beautiful they are. That connection, along with ARB’s personalized styling experience, is what keeps her deeply connected to both the clients and the brand.

Peggy’s favorite gowns lean classic with a touch of sparkle. Known as the resident Mothers expert, she is a calming presence in the fitting room and loves completing each look with the perfect jewelry pairing.

Outside the salon, Peggy is a published author of poetry and essays and currently obsessed with the music of Midnight Til Morning, a nod to her lifelong love of boy bands. Most of all, she truly loves what she does.

Elizabeth has been part of the Ashley Renee Bridal family for seven years, bringing heart, humor, and authenticity to every appointment. She serves as a Mom’s Stylist, affectionately known as the Mother Fluffer, helping mothers feel confident, comfortable, and celebrated.

Her journey with ARB began in 2018 as a model at a bridal show and naturally grew into her current role working Saturdays in the salon.

During the week, Elizabeth is an ophthalmic technician and office manager, so the salon is a welcome change where she trades talk of retinas for dresses, love stories, and one day a week of dressing up.

What draws her most to styling Mothers of the Bride is supporting women who often put everyone else first, helping them feel seen, valued, and beautiful during a meaningful family moment.

Elizabeth is deeply connected to the ARB experience through empowering women. She loves witnessing the transformation that happens when confidence takes hold, aiming for every client to leave seeing their own beauty clearly. Her favorite trends right now include textured fabrics and subtle prints. Known as the Human Chill Pill, Elizabeth brings a calming energy to the fitting room and always gives genuine feedback when she truly loves a look.

Outside the salon, Elizabeth has a soft spot for animals in need and has cared for many species over the years. Her current obsession is her squirrel, Sherwin the One Eyed Wonder. Above all, she wants clients to know her enthusiasm is always genuine.

Brittany has been part of the Ashley Renee Bridal family since 2019 and serves as the Digital Operations and Marketing Manager. Her path into the bridal world started in a way that feels very on brand for ARB. Her aunt happened to attend a Saints game with Sandra and Wanda, the original owners, and that unexpected connection eventually led Brittany to the boutique. She has always had a heart for service, and from day one her focus has been on making every bride feel welcomed, comfortable, and at home.

What Brittany loves most about the ARB experience is getting to know each bride’s story. She enjoys hearing how couples met, what their journey has looked like, and what this moment means to them. She greets brides like familiar faces rather than strangers, creating an atmosphere that feels relaxed and genuine.

Her personal style leans avant-garde. Brittany is drawn to unexpected colors, layered textures, and silhouettes that feel creative and expressive. While much of her role now happens behind the scenes, she was once known for knowing the bridal and MOB inventory inside and out. She has a keen ability to read the room, picking up on subtle cues and matching the energy each bride needs in the moment.

Outside of ARB, Brittany has a creative streak that includes ghostwriting for fictional works and brainstorming almost constantly. She is currently obsessed with Formula 1, watches every version of Below Deck on Bravo, and unapologetically refuses to use a travel coffee mug in favor of a regular one. She staunchly believes Die Hard is the best Christmas movie of all time.
